  • What formats are available?

Midi: Format 0 to play on most MIDI keyboards and players.
MidiPro: Format 1, used for high-end keyboards and music production, instruments separated by named channels on each channel.
Mp3: Track in standard Mp3 format at 320 kbps.
Personalized Mp3: When it is necessary to change the tone of the track or remove any instrument from the track.
Mp3 Multitrack: Compressed file with the tracks of each instrument in individual mixes.

  • Do I have to be registered to buy?

Yes, you need to be registered to buy since once you complete the payment the system assigns the download to your user. If you want to buy without registering you can contact us HERE

 

  • Is it necessary to enter all the data to register?

The data requested for registration are system formalities like any web page, if you do not enter the correct information such as telephone or email we will not be able to contact you in case of any problem with your order nor will you be able to receive system updates about your order.

The information requested by the physical address system is not of interest to us because our products are not sent physically, they are only system formalities.

All songs in MIDI and Mp3 Multitrack format are immediate download, once you complete the payment you can go to the DOWNLOADS tab and log in with your username and password.

In the case of MP3 tracks, the most recent songs are for immediate download, if the file is not there when you enter Downloads, it will be sent to your email as soon as possible in the next 24 hours after your purchase, if you are in a hurry to receive it the file contact us before in the web chat to verify the availability to send at the moment.

The Personalized Mp3 tracks are not for immediate download, they are sent to the email in the next 24 hours of your purchase.

 

  • How do I order a personalized Mp3 player and how long will it take to receive it?

To buy personalized mp3 you must select CUSTOM MP3 from the drop-down menu and add to the shopping cart, once you complete your selection to proceed to the payment in the note to the seller you must indicate the specification you require, for example, Track without Piano, Change tone to Am, etc. When completing the payment we receive the information of your order and it is processed in the next 24 hours, except for weekends, only personalized recordings are made from Monday to Friday.

  • I couldn't get the file and I ran out of 4 download attempts, what should I do?

In this case, you only have to contact us to reactivate the download of the file as long as your request is no more than 4 days old.

 

  • Can I download the files from my smartphone?

Yes, you can download them but it is not recommended, many times the download is done on mobile devices and then the folder where it is downloaded on the device cannot be found, resulting in unnecessary waste of time.

It is recommended that downloads be made from desktop devices to avoid data loss, file damage and loss of quality.
